What we collect

When you run an analysis, we collect the structured intake fields you submit — academics, activities, awards, demographics, intended major, and (optionally) one essay sample. When you create an account, Clerk handles authentication and stores the credential primitives (email, password hash, OAuth identifiers) on its infrastructure. We do not store your password.

We log standard request metadata — timestamps, route, response status, error traces — to keep the service running. Logs do not contain raw intake content.

Anonymization at intake

Names, addresses, phone numbers, school-of-origin and any free-text identifiers are stripped or hashed before scoring. Your applicant record is keyed by an opaque hash; the model never reads identifiers.

The Premium PDF is generated from the anonymized record. Anything personally identifying that appears on the PDF is something you typed in yourself.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data, ever.
• We do not share intake content with third parties for advertising or training.
• We do not contact your school, your counselor, or any institution about you.
• We do not auto-renew you into a subscription. Pricing is one-time per profile.

Sub-processors

• Clerk — authentication and session management.
• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing for Premium and bundle purchases.
• Anthropic / OpenAI — model inference on anonymized intake content.

Your rights

Email the contact address with the subject line data request and we will export or delete your records within seven days. Deletion removes both the anonymized scoring record and the account credential, and is irreversible.

Changes to this policy

Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date at least fourteen days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
